John is known for his ability to develop and efficiently implement strategies. He has more than 25 years of experience organizing and driving complex international projects while managing groups with diverse skills and culture. Working across geographic, educational, and skill boundaries has made John a firm believer in the transformative power of knowledge and a passionate promoter of higher education.

John has worked for global organizations such as Ericsson, Treasury Services (now Oracle), Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Cap Gemini. In each of his roles, he has been instrumental in building teams and business processes that have often changed the way the company operated.
And he’s been instrumental in building the Apollidon Nation!
John holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California.
Chief Marketing Officer
In companies both big and small, Susan has learned one thing: How to get the most bang for your marketing buck.
She’s part of a new breed of chief marketing officers, blending strategy and aesthetics with a foundation of data analytics and digital technology. And she’s determined to bring the higher education industry into the forefront of mobile learning.

Susan is an active networker in the data analytics, direct marketing, CMO and media industry associations. During her career, she has held senior executive positions at R.R. Donnelley, Pitney Bowes and Gannett.
Susan also received the PIA/GATF’s Naomi Berber Award, which honors one woman who has made major contributions to the graphic communications industry.
Before joining Apollidon, she worked with the Xerox Corporation to help lead Xerox’s world-class outsourcing practice of Communications & Marketing Services. Susan is also the founder of Raine Media, a consulting services firm that develops the strategies and technology infrastructure to help clients engineer how to better reach their customers and lower their total cost ownership for communication and marketing programs.
Susan holds a Bachelor’s of Technology from Ryerson University and an MBA from York University.

Growing up in a family of physicians, Ann-Louise’s passion for science education came at an early age.
She launched her career in the high-tech industry and is now an industry thought leader when it comes to introducing science professionals to the highest quality online and hybrid STEM master’s degree programs.
“Working with educators is an honor because they are literally changing the world one student at a time,” she said. In STEM, lifelong learning is a reality because of the ongoing innovation and research that continually revolutionizes our understanding of science.”
As an entrepreneur in a number of lucrative and thriving business ventures, she has a track record of success and expertise in management, marketing, sales, developing new brands, and building customer loyalty for highly innovative technology and communication products. She co-founded and served as CEO and Sales EVP respectively for two international award-winning firms Appear Networks and Bluetail. Her management, marketing and sales experience spans numerous organizations including Tower Cloud, Nortel, Ericsson, LAN Systems and Pacific Bell, now AT&T.
Ann-Louise holds an MBA in finance from Claremont Graduate School. She looks forward to an opportunity to complete her personal passion for an online master’s degree in chemistry.
Vice President, Finance
With Jim responsible for all finance and human relations functions, the Apollidon Nation knows they’re in good hands. He works closely with the team in budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, analysis of current and proposed university partner programs, as well as the coordination of talent services.
“I joined Apollidon to be on the ground floor of something great,” he said.
He began his career in auditing with Coopers & Lybrand. With more than 15 years of financial management experience, we’re so glad he’s part of the Apollidon team.
Jim obtained his accounting education at University of Notre Dame, MBA and licensed CPA credentials, where he was at the top of the class in regards to auditing, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning for both domestic and international operations.
“The education industry is changing so dramatically and I see it every day with my own family,” he said. “It’s important to do whatever you can to make a difference for future generations.”
In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with wife and his three children.
